aftercare
After hydrotherapy, bodywork and deep nervous system shifting it is very possible and quite normal to have symptoms of detox, emotional upheaval, and/or general spaciness. These are my recommendations for how to care for yourself after a visit to The Spirit Spa...
- Try to schedule your visit in a way so that you won't have to transition immediately into any strenuous activities or overwhelming circumstances (mentally, physically or emotionally)
- Hydrate!!! Bonus if it's with electrolytes ;)
- Give your body time to adjust to any newfound space or mobility before trying any wild or fancy new moves!
- Spend time outdoors grounding with the Earth!
